Casino Queen is anchored in East Saint Louis at 200 South Front st. A total of 150 beds and 7 penthouses accessible at the casino. The gambling hall covers27,500 square feet and offers many features. In addition to gambling, Casino Queen offers a 2,500 passenger riverboat, a 140 spot RV campground and effortless access to MetroLink light-train station.
