Do Not Drink … Play!
Friday, 6. November 2009
If you like to have a drink every now and then, leave your money at home if you are going to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Clean out your evening bag, your wallet, and leave all cash, charge cards and checkbooks out of the casino. Pack only the money you anticipate to use on refreshments, tipping and few dollars you anticipate to burn and keep the remainder behind.
Contemptuous? Absolutely not. Just realistic. You could have a success following a boozy night out with your friends and be blessed sufficiently to hit a marathon roll at a smokin craps table. Keep that account seeing that it is as brief as it gets if you always drink alcohol and gamble. These activities simply do not go well together.
Leaving your cash at home is a little bit excessive, but preventative actions for excessive behavior is compulsory. If you bet to succeed, then don’t drink alcohol and gamble. If you can afford to toss aside your money without a concern, then drink all the gratis beer you can handle, but do not pack plastic credit and chequebooks to throw into the mix of following squanderings after your dead drunk brain loses everything!
Let me to take this 1 step more. Don’t consume alcohol and then jump online to play in your preferred internet casino either. I love to drink from the coziness of my condo, but due to the fact that I’m connected through Neteller, Firepay and keep charge cards at my fingertips, I can’t drink and wager.
Why? Despite the fact that I don’t drink to excess, when I drink alcohol, it’s absolutely adequate to befuddle my better judgment. I gamble, so I don’t consume alcohol when gambling. If you are more of a drinker, don’t wager at the same time. The two mix up for a ferocious, and expensive, cocktail.
